The Minnesota Department of Labor and Industry's Workers' Compensation Division is accepting public comment on rules that would govern how post-traumatic stress disorder will be treated and compensated for first responders.
In keeping with HF 3873, passed in 2018, the division is following an expedited process on the rules. Stakeholders can submit comments until Dec. 12 through email at dli.rules@state.mn.us. A public hearing will be held if 100 people or more submit a request for one, the division said in a bulletin.
