State Labor Department Warns Against Misclassifying Workers

The Vermont Department of Labor released a 30-second video ad urging companies to classify their workers correctly. The ad features footage of construction workers, farmers, hotel cleaning staff and other workers doing their jobs. A voice-over says: "Most businesses in Vermont follow the law the right way.
