Kitzman Rejoins Private Sector with Appointment as VP at Starr Cos.

Starr Companies announced Tuesday the appointment of former Texas Insurance Commissioner and South Carolina Insurance Director Eleanor Kitzman as vice president of Starr Insurance Holdings Inc.  Kitzman has more than 25 years of experience as a leader in both the insurance industry and regulatory community, Starr Companies said in a press release.
