The Minnesota Office of Administrative Hearings announced Tuesday the appointment of two workers' compensation judges and the adoption of a standing order that allows intervenors in workers' compensation cases to appear by telephone during proceedings.
Chief Judge Tammy L. Pust said in an emailed announcement that Stephen Daly and Keith Maurer were appointed as judges.
