Criminal prosecutors in Southern California dismissed fraud charges filed against an actress accused of receiving $90,000 in benefits while working on a television show.
The Los Angeles County District Attorney’s Office on Friday said it could not proceed with the case filed against Q’Orianka Kilcher.
Prosecutors last year filed a complaint alleging Kilcher worked on the television program “Yellowstone” at a time she was receiving benefits for an injury suffered while filming “Dora and the Lost City of Gold.”
