Proposal Would Rescind Advisory Council on Rehabilitation Services

The Ohio Bureau of Workers’ Compensation will hold a public hearing April 25 on the elimination of Rule 4123-18-18, labor-management government advisory council. The council was created in 1996 to advise the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation on the quality and effectiveness of rehabilitation services offered to injured workers. The BWC is proposing to rescind the council in conjunction with the General Assembly’s repeal of Ohio Revised Code 4121.70 on Dec. 19. The hearing begins at 1 p.m. in Room 1, Level 2, W.
