Board Revises Forms, Approves Submission Partners

As part of its effort to align its paperwork with the more widely accepted Medicare requirements, the New York Workers' Compensation Board has revised two forms. Form C-8.1, regarding treatment issues and disputed bills, and Form C-8.4, the notice of a carrier's refusal to pay a medical bill, have been updated to clarify legal and valuation objections, to remove obsolete sections and to move other passages to other forms.
