The New York State Workers' Compensation Board has temporarily suspended Dr. Stephanie Bayner's authorization to treat injured workers, effective Dec. 31.Bayner's last known business address is 96-14 63rd Drive, Rego Park, New York.The board said an investigation revealed that Bayner conducted multiple independent medical examinations and filed IME forms and reports without having authorization to do so.
