Pharmacy Executives Charged in Kickback Scheme

Editor's note: The U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida on Sept. 14 granted the prosecution's request to dismiss all charges against both defendants without prejudice. Federal prosecutors in Florida announced that two pharmacy executives were charged with conspiracy to solicit kickbacks and with receiving kickbacks as part of an in-office drug dispensing program.
