Pharmacy Executives Charged in Kickback Scheme

Federal prosecutors in Florida announced that two pharmacy executives were charged with conspiracy to solicit kickbacks and with receiving kickbacks as part of an in-office drug dispensing program. The U.S. Attorney’s Office announced that Thomas Mollick, 79, and Martin Krytus, 55, each face up to 15 years in prison if convicted on all charges against them.
