The Oregon Workers' Compensation Division is proposing several rule changes that would impact coverage responsibility for employers and insurers, claims administration, the Employer-at-Injury Program, the Preferred Worker Program and vocational assistance.
The division has scheduled an Oct. 24 public hearing on the proposed changes to Oregon Administrative Rules 436-050, 060, 105, 110 and 120.
Among the highlights of the voluminous rule amendments are proposals to:
