A bill that would roll back medical fees for workers' compensation claimants by 15% moved a step backward last week when the Senate sent the measure back to a policy committee.
Sen. Gary Daniels, R-Milford, said on his website that Senate Bill 3 was referred back to the Senate Commerce Committee – which had voted to approve the measure earlier this month – for further study.
