South Carolina's Supreme Court on Tuesday heard oral argument in a dispute about whether a social services worker who was injured when she tripped while walking down a carpeted hallway at her office had suffered a compensable injury.
The case was Nicholson v. South Carolina Department of Social Services, No. 2014-000329.
