The New York State Workers' Compensation Board announced that the maximum weekly wage benefit rate will climb, from $905 to $934.
The rate for temporary total and permanent partial disability is set at two-thirds of the state's average weekly wage, and that has risen, from $1,357 to $1,401, according to the state Department of Labor.
The new maximum rate takes effect July 1, the board said in a bulletin.
