The Kentucky Education and Labor Cabinet announced that Kenneth C. Smith III was appointed administrative law judge for the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims.
Smith has been practicing workers’ compensation law since 2005, the agency said in a statement Friday. He served as managing attorney of Kirk Law Firm’s offices in Ashland and Louisa for 13 years.
Smith earned his bachelor’s degree from the University of Kentucky and his law degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
