Texas Insurance Commissioner David Mattax announced Friday the appointment of four members to the Workers’ Compensation Appeals Panel, which interprets and applies National Council on Compensation Insurance rules to premium disputes brought by policyholders against workers' compensation carriers.
The appointees are:
