High Court to Decide if DWC Has Jurisdiction Over Resident's N.Y. Injury Claim

The New Jersey Supreme Court will review an appellate decision that granted the New Jersey Division of Workers' Compensation jurisdiction over a state resident's workers' compensation claim, even though he was injured in New York. The state's high court accepted review in the case of Keith Williams v. Raymours Furniture Co. on July 20.
