Board Suspends Licenses of Grand Prairie, Dalhart Doctors

The Texas Medical Board announced Friday it has suspended the licenses of Dr. Stacy Elise Hamid of Dalhart, and  Dr. Walter Albert Dobson a Grand Prairie orthopedist.The temporary suspensions, made without notice, took place Friday under the board's authority to suspend or restrict a physician's license without notice when it determines the physician's continued practice would be "a continuing threat to the public welfare."A disciplinary panel temporarily suspended Hamid's license based on the panel's finding that Hamid was charged with falsifying drug test results, po...
