Claimant Sues Knox Ricksen, Zenith, Berkshire and Broadspire for Hacking Computer System

Three insurance companies, a third-party administrator and a Northern California law firm that represents carriers hacked into privileged and confidential files of thousands of injured workers to gain a litigation advantage, according to a class action complaint filed by an injured worker.
