The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has adopted new rules that reorganize the chapter governing fees for medical services, which will take effect on Sept. 1.
The division said in an announcement Tuesday that the changes are "non-substantive" and serve mostly to conform to current agency style, correct grammatical errors and renumber or reletter code sections.
