The Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims will begin implementing a web-based electronic-filing system this fall that will help fully automate the filing process for litigations, according to the Kentucky Labor Cabinet.
The litigation management system will take full effect on July 1 next year and will require all documents and claims to be filed electronically and signed using an electronic signature.
