The New York State Workers' Compensation Board has suspended authorization of a Buffalo-area doctor to treat injured workers after he was indicted on drug-distribution charges.
A federal grand jury on April 26 handed down a 114-count indictment accusing Dr. Eugene Gosy of conspiring to illegally distribute controlled substances to patients who abused the drugs.
