Worker Gets Reimbursement for IME Charge by Doctor Selected by Employer

The Iowa Court of Appeals ruled an injured worker was entitled to reimbursement for the cost of an examination by a physician selected by his employer, but it reduced what he owed from the total billed to the "typical fee" the doctor charged.  Case: MidAmerican Construction LLC v.
