A New York appellate court upheld the dismissal of an ironworker’s Labor Law claims based on his fall into a hole. Case: Reyes v. Astoria 31st St. Developers LLC, Nos. 2017-12514 and 2018-01558, 01/20/2021, published. Facts: Leonel Reyes allegedly suffered injuries while employed as an ironworker at a construction site.
