The California Workers' Compensation Institute is accepting orders for new information pamphlets for employees to reflect changes to benefit notice regulations that will take effect Jan. 1.
CWCI said the new notice regulations, which were approved by the Office of Administrative Law on Aug. 22, will require a number of changes to the information that employers and claims organizations provide to workers before and after injuries.
