The New Jersey Workers' Compensation has posted a "beta version" of its web-based permanent disability calculator online, Director and Chief Judge Peter J. Calderone announced Friday.
Calderone said the DWC's OSCAR-Calcs program is the required choice if there are any conflicts in calculations of settlement awards. The division began redesigning the program two years ago so that yearly maximum rates are updated annually and so that the calculator can be accessed via the Internet.
