The Arizona House of Representatives unanimously passed a bill that would clarify that workers’ compensation carriers are prohibited from applying a deviation and a scheduled rating to the same insured risk.
At the same time, the full House approved amendments to a bill allowing working members who own 50% or more of a corporation to opt in to workers’ compensation coverage.
The House on Monday voted 59-0 to pass HB 2025, by Rep. David Livingston, R-Peoria.
