The New York State Workers' Compensation Board on Tuesday announced the removal of three physicians from authorization lists allowing the treatment of injured workers or the performance of independent medical examinations.SWCB Chairman Robert Beloten said he has revoked the treatment authorization of Dr. David Dinello, of Marcellus, N.Y., in response to disciplinary action taken on Nov. 22, 2010, by the State Board for Professional Medical Conduct.
