WCAB Names Acting Secretary

The Workers’ Compensation Appeals Board announced that Deputy Commissioner Patricia A. Garcia has been selected to serve as acting secretary. Garcia will fill the vacancy created by the departure of Anne Schmitz, who left the WCAB to take a position with the State Bar Court.
