The Texas Department of Insurance has rescheduled a hearing called to take comments on a proposal that Texas adopt the National Council on Compensation Insurance Basic Manual with Texas exceptions and both national and Texas-specific endorsements and forms in the NCCI Forms Manual.TDI's staff has recommended conversion to the NCCI manuals.
