The Arizona House of Representatives on Tuesday sent to the governor a bill that would impose tougher restrictions on physicians who prescribe opioids, leaving three workers’ compensation measures awaiting a final vote as the Legislature heads into the final week of the 2014 session.The House on unanimously approved amendments Rep.
