House Committee Readies for Hearings on Formulary, Benefit Denial Bills

The Business and Labor Committee of Montana’s House of Representatives is gearing up for hearings on bills that would disallow benefits for workers who make false statements, allow the Department of Labor and Industry to adopt a prescription drug formulary, and modify air ambulance billing requirements.
