The Delaware Division of Industrial Affairs (DIA) has revised the maximum and minimum weekly workers' compensation benefits based on the state's average weekly wage for calendar year 2010.State Labor Secretary John J. McMahon Jr. said the new rates, which took effect Monday, are based on an average weekly wage (AWW) of $933.08.
