GAO Says OWCD Needs to Update Procedures

The Federal General Accounting Office (GAO) has issued a report stating that the Department of Labor's (DOL) Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) are in need of overhaul from the claims management standpoint, as well as relative to improving fraud deterrence.
