The Los Angeles Daily News reported yesterday that even though Los Angeles Mayor James Hahn has vetoed funding for a workers' compensation special investigations unit for the city, City Attorney Rocky Delgadillo is taking the cause to the City Council because he believes a unit could save the city more than it would cost to run it.
