DWC Adds FAQs, Removes Old Requirement From Termination of Coverage Form

The Texas Division of Workers' Compensation has added a "frequently asked questions" section to its Termination of Coverage form (DWC Form-005).  Adding the question-and-answer section will make it easier for employers to navigate the form, DWC Associate General Counsel Emily McCoy wrote in a memo to workers' compensation system participants last week.
