BREAKING: Oriska/PEO Execs Indicted on Conspiracy Charges

The president of Oriska Insurance Co. and a associate who ran a neighboring network of professional employer organizations (PEOs) based in Oriskany, N.Y., were named as co-conspirators in the sale of bogus workers' compensation insurance to PEOs in a federal indictment unsealed in New York today. The Jan. 30 indictment, issued by a grand jury for the Northern District of New York names James Kernan, Oriska's president, and Robert J.
