The president of Oriska Insurance Co. and a associate who ran a neighboring network of professional employer organizations (PEOs) based in Oriskany, N.Y., were named as co-conspirators in the sale of bogus workers' compensation insurance to PEOs in a federal indictment unsealed in New York today.
