The California Supreme Court last week ordered that Beverly Hills defense attorney Martin Reiner be suspended from the practice of law for two years, although it stayed execution of the actual suspension.
Reiner instead will be on probation for two years, and only be actually suspended for the first six months of his probation.
He also must pay $8,500 in sanctions and re-take the Multistate Professional Responsibility Examination if he wants to start practicing again.
