District Attorneys, Commissioners Say Comp Insurers Don't Do Enough to Fight Fraud

Workers’ comp carriers that offer coverage in California aren’t doing enough to help law enforcement investigate and prosecute alleged fraudsters, said a group of district attorneys and several members of a state anti-fraud commission.
