Prosecutors Seek 10-Year Term for Drobot, Restitution Order

Federal prosecutors are asking a court to sentence former Pacific Hospital of Long Beach owner Michael D. Drobot to 10 years in prison and impose a $500,000 fine during a Jan. 12 hearing. The U.S. Attorney's Office is also asking for an order demanding that Drobot pay restitution in an amount that would be determined during a follow-up hearing in May.
