Zenith Declares Increased Quarterly Dividend

Zenith National Insurance Corp. (NYSE:ZNT) yesterday declared a regular quarterly cash dividend.A dividend of $0.33 per share on its outstanding shares was declared. This represents an increase from $0.28 per share paid quarterly since the first quarter of 2004. The dividend is payable May 13, 2005 to stockholders of record at the close of business on April 29, 2005. Commenting on the dividend increase, Stanley R.
