Court Revives Major-Cause Standard in Claims Involving Degenerative Condition

An Oklahoma appeals court brought the major-cause standard back into compensability determinations for workers whose injuries are caused in part by degenerative conditions. The standard had been left out of 2013's Administrative Workers' Compensation Act.  Case: Sequel v.
