OSHA Extending Comment Period on Electronic Reporting Rule

The U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration has extended the comment period until Oct. 14 for a proposed rule that seeks to improve tracking of workplace injuries and illnesses by requiring employers to electronically submit injury and illness reports. The proposed rule was published on Nov. 8, 2013.
