Express Scripts Can Sue Pharmacy Shuttered Amid Fraud Investigation, Judge Decides

Express Scripts can proceed with a $2.3 million lawsuit accusing the owners of a now-shuttered compounding pharmacy of buying a fleet of luxury cars instead of reimbursing the pharmacy benefit manager for payments made on suspected fraudulent prescriptions, a federal judge decided.
