Supreme Court Orders Further Finding for Worker's Occupational Pneumoconiosis Claim

The West Virginia Supreme Court overturned the denial of a worker’s claim for occupational pneumoconiosis, ruling that additional findings are necessary to determine the last date of his exposure to asbestos. Case: Koppers Industries Inc. v. Snoderly, No. 20-0588, 01/11/2022, published. Facts: Roger Snoderly worked as a mechanic. In November 2017, he underwent an occupational lung disease evaluation.
