San Francisco brokerage Edgewood Partners Insurance Center acquired new car dealer workers’ compensation insurance specialist Sorci Insurance Brokerage, the company announced.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
EPIC said the Los Gatos, California-based Sorci will expand the workers’ compensation consulting services available to its clients, especially new car dealers. EPIC has provided workers’ compensation coverage and employee benefit programs to members of the California New Car Dealers Association since 2011.
