A New York appellate court threw out a worker’s Labor Law claims of alleged injuries from falling. Case: Calle v. City of New York, No. 2019-12035, 01/25/2023, published. Facts: Gilber Calle worked as a laborer at a construction site. He allegedly suffered injuries at work while exiting an excavation.
