An employer lost its bid for reimbursement after successfully suspending benefits to an employee who refused medical treatment because it did not seek forfeiture, a Pennsylvania Commonwealth Court ruled.The court ruled that the employer was not entitled to recouping about 16 months of compensation, in Land O'Lakes, Inc. v.
