The Washington State Department of Labor and Industries announced that a contractor allegedly caught remodeling homes while claiming he was too hurt to work was charged with felony theft.
Terry Lee Dawson, 62, is accused of stealing more than $55,000 in work comp benefits over a four-year period that started in September 2016.
