Starting this week, administrative law judges will hold hearings at 9 a.m. and 1 p.m., rather than a specific time, the Oklahoma Workers' Compensation Commission announced.
The move is an effort to improve efficiency and allow for more hearings per day.
Hearings will be held in order. Parties must wear face coverings and maintain social distancing in the building, the commission said. The hearings will be held on the first floor of the commission's office in Oklahoma City and in the usual location in Tulsa.
