Bevin Appoints Five Administrative Law Judges

Kentucky Gov. Matt Bevin announced Wednesday that has appointed five workers' compensation attorneys as administrative law judges within the Department of Workers’ Claims. The appointments were on hold for months after a group of labor unions, injured workers and a former labor commissioner filed suit to challenge Bevin's decision to disband the Workers' Compensation Nominating Committee and oust appointments made by his Democratic predecessor, Gov.
